These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to non-marketing text messages sent by LoanPro to borrowers, applicants, and customers who choose to receive text messages from LoanPro.

Program Description

LoanPro may send text messages related to your mortgage loan inquiry, application, or existing loan file. Messages may include appointment reminders, document request notifications, secure upload reminders, loan file status updates, customer care messages, and call coordination.

Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive text messages from LoanPro, you agree to receive non-marketing SMS and MMS messages from LoanPro at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your loan activity, requests, and communication needs.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.

Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any LoanPro text message. After you send STOP, LoanPro may send one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from LoanPro unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and network operator.
